What we provide
Pointfares researches award-flight options and provides a personal Flight Plan with routes, points requirements, cash costs, and transfer and booking guidance. We confirm your trip brief and the scope of work before research starts.
Inquiries and fees
There is no charge to submit a trip inquiry and no upfront plan charge. This website does not collect card details, take payment, or place a card hold.
Published guidance fees are $195 for premium economy, $295 for business, and $450 for first class or suites, per traveler. Airline taxes, fees, and other travel costs are separate. We confirm the scope—including one-way, round-trip, or multi-city coverage—and applicable fees and payment terms in writing before you proceed. Any service cancellation or refund terms will also be provided before work begins.
Your accounts and booking
You make transfers and bookings directly in your own accounts. We do not hold or ticket seats, access your passwords, or operate airline services. Never send us passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or passport images.
Availability and value
Award space, points prices, cash fares, aircraft, schedules, and program terms can change. We do not guarantee availability, a particular cabin, cents-per-point value, or savings. Sample itineraries demonstrate the service and are not live offers. Points have value; comparisons of cash paid are not necessarily net savings.
Before you transfer or pay
Check availability for all travelers, the correct cabin and dates, names, cash charges, and the exact ticket conditions. Transfers are generally final and do not reserve seats. Airlines and loyalty programs control ticketing, changes, refunds, cancellations, and account eligibility under their terms. You are responsible for passports, visas, transit requirements, and travel documentation.
Support
We agree the booking-guidance arrangements with you before research. This website does not offer instant, 24/7, or emergency travel support. Contact the airline directly for urgent operational or ticketing issues.
