What you share
When you request a trip, we receive your email address and the trip details you choose to provide, such as destinations, approximate dates, travelers, cabin preferences, and points programs and balances. Please do not include passwords, verification codes, account numbers, full card numbers, or passport images.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, clarify your trip, and discuss or provide the service you request. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Where the information goes
Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information, such as network and request logs. Resend sends your inquiry to our notification inbox. Our email provider stores correspondence so we can reply and work with you. These providers process information on our behalf.
We do not sell your information. We do not send your trip text to an AI provider in this release. There is no voice recording, WhatsApp integration, or online card collection in this release.
Optional measurement cookies
With your permission, we load Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to measure visits and successful trip inquiries and understand advertising performance. These providers can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, page URL, and cookie identifiers. Our custom inquiry events do not include your email, trip description, points balance, or request reference. We do not enable enhanced conversions or send customer contact details for matching.
Optional tags stay unloaded until you accept. Declining does not affect the inquiry service. Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement from our integration and clears its accessible first-party measurement cookies; it does not undo information already sent to providers. We honor a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional measurement off.
We store your consent preference in browser local storage for up to 180 days, separate from your trip draft. See Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy for their practices.
Drafts and technical information
Before submission, your draft stays in the current browser page and is lost when the page is closed or reloaded. We do not store it in browser local storage. For security, the service processes network identifiers and temporarily counts requests to limit abuse. Hosting providers may keep operational logs. We avoid recording trip descriptions and email addresses in our application logs.
Retention and your requests
We keep inquiries and correspondence as needed to respond, provide agreed services, and maintain necessary business records. You can contact us to ask to access, correct, or delete information you have shared. We will address your request, subject to applicable obligations.
